Our event spaces are open and accessible to members of the public for the duration of your event. This makes our facility ideally suited for community-oriented events. If you are looking for a private event space we encourage you to contact La Perla Ballroom, located inside the Market building. Both offer a beautiful setting and delectable food options.

Market Food Hall
The Market Hall can accommodate a cocktail reception for 100 people, a presentation for 100 people, or a sit-down dinner for 50 people.
Rental Fee: $100/hour
Uses: Community workshops, presentations, fundraiser

For evening events, please note Food Hall shops are open until 6:00pm Sundays through Thursdays and until 7:00pm (or later) Fridays & Saturdays.

Community Square
The Community Square is our most versatile space. It can accommodate a cocktail reception for 60 people, a lecture with 60 attendees, a sit down dinner for 50 people, a craft fair with up to 16 vendors or an art exhibit.
Rental Fee: $100/hour
Uses: Craft Fairs, information fairs, conferences
