Wild Rice owner Andrew Wong learned to cook and garden from his grandmother when he was young. Now, he and Chef Dante Ramos use grandma’s wisdom and recipes as inspiration. Together, they thoughtfully source quality, just-picked, West Coast ingredients with which to build their delectable menu.
In fact, they’re so passionate about using local ingredients that they’re on a first-name basis with all of their suppliers. Wild Rice is a blend of traditional and modern Chinese and West Coast cuisines, coupled with generations of good cooking.
