This is a series showcasing kids reviewing food at River Market restaurants. Kids often are the pickiest of eaters, and the objective is to showcase what kids perceive to be delicious, and what the parent determines to be nutritious.
The third in the series is the Prosciutto Pizza at Tre Galli Gelato Caffe. We interviewed Kale on his thoughts, and here is what he had to say.
Restaurant: Tre Galli Gelato Caffe
Ordered: Prosciutto Pizza
Wait time: 6 minutes
Talent: Kale Arbo
What are you eating today Kale? What do you think is in it?
Prosciutto Pizza. Cheese, bread, tomato sauce, basil. The crust is crunchy and salty.
What do you like about what you are eating today?
Mmm… the ham
How would you make what you are eating better?
I would do nothing!
Do you know what you want to be when you grow up?
I don’t know, I could be a youtuber?
What is your favourite thing to eat in the world?
Meatloaf and mashed potatoes!
Would you share what you are having with your friends?
What is something else you like eating at River Market?
Gelato, and cheese buns from Pamola!
Comments: There are words and a pizza under the pizza! Woah.
What does the parent think about the pizza?
We both like the flavours, it’s not just plain cheese. The prosciutto introduces him to more complex flavours. Crust is great, thin and crispy, and the price is great. This pizza can easily be shared.
Thank you Kale for your time.
